Where are all my school mums?

We made it! Another school holidays survived and hopefully you’re managing to find some kind of routine again as the week has gone on

When I was a new mum, I would look at mums with school aged kids and think, wo

You know those moments every so often where you suddenly realise just how fast time is actually going?

Well, this was definitely one of them…

This morning the boys were looking through old photos and videos of themselves on my phone and my gosh it really set in how fast time goes 🥹

I swear it felt like my boys were just little babies not long ago but in reality they are becoming bigger a

It’s always the runaway toddler for me 🫶🏻

But also this BEAUTIFUL winter sunset! We had rescheduled I think 3 or 4 time by this point due to rain and wind…. So to get a night like this for the session was just magic!

The girls were all for baby cuddles but the real reason they came to the photos was so we could play blocks together 😂

I hadn’t even picked up my camera and they had already asked if when k was finished could

One thing I will NEVER expect a toddler to do at a photoshoot……

Instead we make it a game, we follow their lead and make it happen through play

Sometimes it’s stickers, sometimes it checking if the baby smells

Two things I have really been enjoying recently

ONE - Puppy dogs in the studio again 🐶 It jas been so nice to include your fur babies in your sessions. As a dedicated fur mum I get it, our dogs are always in our memories too
